I have to say that filming a Hallmark movie in Squamish is certainly a lot better than filming it somewhere in Langley or Abbotsford, one of the reasons being the early morning drive from Vancouver through the Howe Sound. Unlike the flat and boring roads I usually take to get to set this one offers something totally different, so different that I didn't even notice that I did over 2000km in a week driving back and forth through here. The morning commute also just happens to go right across and area, which is the subject for my very own film "The Sound" so lets just say I will be adding a lot more clips into the film. I guess you can only get inspired when these views are literally just outside the trailers doors.
